Hi, I’m Auntie B!
I’m so glad you’re here to enjoy my family’s 100-year-old Greek recipes!
Baking Runs in Our Family
Some of my fondest memories as a kid involve watching my mom work her magic in the kitchen (second photo). My mother was an incredible cook, and I’d watch in awe as she baked delicious Greek dishes from scratch: Spanakopita, Moussaka, Braised Lamb, Keftedes, Greek Roasted Chicken, Minestra, and so many more.
But what fascinated me the most was my mother’s pastry recipes. Passed down by my YiaYia before her (first photo), and personalized with her own touches, my mom created baked goods that were always the first to sell out at local events. People called her desserts some of the best in the city!

Kαλημέρα means “good morning” in Greek
After my mom passed, I began to receive requests from friends to bake some of my mom’s wonderful recipes for their family get togethers. I was proud to keep my mom’s delicious recipes alive, and it brought me peace and comfort to see other people enjoying the pastries that I’d grown up on.
As the requests for my mom’s pastries grew, I began to envision a day when I would open a business, sending these authentic baked goods to folks all over the United States and beyond. When my friend asked me to make Greek treats for a formal event, I knew it was time to make things official and get my license.
Since then, I’ve baked for people throughout the country. I absolutely love the joy on people’s faces when they try my treats. I bake my items fresh every day, and I really strive to bring people a smile with every bite.
